Do You Wear Shoes When Strength Training?
When doing a strength training exercise video (floor exercise, weights, using body as resistance), do you usually wear shoes?

I don't because I prefer to be barefoot at all times :)

Yep! Barefoot for at-home bodyweight exercises. Regular running sneakers at the gym.
If you do HEAVY deadlifts and squats you should go barefoot or wear flat soled shoes like Converse Chuck Taylors for safety purposes. The compression soles in running shoes can be a danger! |
