I just got a rebounder/mini trampoline. I'm wondering how to record the calories in MyFitnessPal--I have no idea how many calories it burns.
I don't have a body monitor and am not really planning on getting one--an approximate number would be good enough.
I'll be starting out just using my legs--I have a stabilizer bar on it so I won't be swinging my arms much.
I'm even considering restarting the 30DS, but using the rebounder for all the cardio (modified as necessary) so it's lower impact and easier on my knees and ankles.
I'd appreciate any thoughts about how to record rebounder time--it seems like it'll be fun, and unlike my glider, it's near the TV
