Default Does anyone else have an inaccurate treadmill?

I think my treadmill is really inaccurate. For example, it will say I am going 4.0 mph, then it slows down and changes numbers a lot. I have to increase the speed by at least .6 to feel like I am walking 4.0 mph again. Does this mean the distance is inaccurate too? Has anyone else experienced this? :/
