Hi everyone! So I purchased 10 Minute Solutions Quick Tummy Toners last week and just received it today in the mail. I've been using Lose It! app on my phone and would like to record the exercise I did with this. Trouble is I don't know what I would label it for type of exercise. anyone have an idea? Thank you!
Just to be clear, I have no idea what «10 Minute Solution: Quick Tummy Toner» is..... I am assuming that it's a 10 minute workout for abs? If so it would be under calesthenics or something like that... I would think you wouldn't burn more than 20-30 calories in 10 minutes doing just ab work, if that...
