Default Smelly? :(

Hi there! I know the title isn't to pleasant but I had a question.. I've been working out around 3 weeks now for 5 days a week two hours at a time. Its working great! I noticed I sweat a ton but It doesn't really smell and I come home and instantly shower. What I notice is on my off days when I shower in the morning.. I still smell like sweat. I've taken two long showers today..used body spray but I still have a sweat smell to me. Is this normal?

My diet is a low carb diet, I dont eat garlic or.. onions really at all. I'm not to sure whats up with this!

I don't know what is up with that but can suggest mint chlorophyll or reg one. It's an internal deodorizer, even your poop will smell less. I prefer the mint but also enjoy the regular one. I do notice that lately when I chop onion or just touch it with the peel off, I smell onion while flossing. I have resorted to cooking less with it. Oh one more thing do u take b vitamins, I tried for a bit but my sweat was smelly as a result. Hope u figure it out!

Also try drinking some lemon water at least once a day, preferably right before a workout. Just add the juice of one lemon or three tbsp (you can work your way up to that amount) of lemon juice to your water bottle. It is a natural deodorizer and cleans your pores from the inside out.

If your low carb, could you be in ketones burning mode which tends to be smellly? I'm not sure on it though

Make sure it's not your bra. I know it sounds ridiculous but I have totally forgotten that I wore the same bra for a run and I will be like, "Man, my do I smell so sweaty. I'm not sweaty!" And then I realize it's my bra. Ha!

Hahah. Yeah It's not my bra but I do have a super low carb diet. I looked it up and that might be the case because I am burning fat.. hmmmm..

hi when you say smell of sweat is it a normal smell? Along time ago i dabbled with atkins and i noticed my skin gave off a smell almost like a faint chlorine type smell, (hard to describe but thats the best i can do)

how much water are you drinking? not in coffee/tea etc just plain water? i found if i upped my water intake it went away. I read some theory that the ketones from the low carb diet were not being dealt with in your body due to lack of water and were essentially being forced out through your sweat. (not entirely sure this is possible!)

Anway i got upto a around 6-7 litres of water a day and it stopped
