So I recently bought the Zumba 2 game for Nintendo wii. I've never been to a real class, but I absolutely LOVE this game. It's so much fun, I forget I'm working out! I'm addicted... For now at least. I just hope I can stick to this! I'm not a gym fan at all... I have a membership which I NEVER use. It's a huge struggle to motivate myself to go to the gym. I find the gym to be very judgmental place. I really like that I can do the Zumba wii in the privacy of my own home. I'm hoping if I see results I can force my butt back to the gym at least 2-3x a week for weight training exercises at least.
I've been playing for 4 consecutive days now for about 1 hour and 20 minutes each day, and I burn between 600-650 calories each day I've played. I hope to see results because I really do love this game.
Has anyone seen weight loss results from Zumba or any Zumba games? If so how much & long did it take you? I appreciate any feedback!
