I'm just starting to look into these things. I do some alternative types of exercise so it's not like I can ask a treadmill to approximate calories burned. I play roller hockey once or twice a week and then I try to go on a walk/hike with my dog on the weekend.
It looks like the Fit Link might be better for me because the Fit Bit seems to based on steps and roller hockey is hard to be judged by "steps."
