What's the best things you like to do when you've had a hiatias (sp) from working out and want to get started again? I'm a limited to some things, due to feet issues, so no running, but open to ideas. Also, would you start with more cardio or workout videos? ie...brazillian butt lift....

Start with whatever pleases you, whether it be cardio or workout videos, brazillian butt lift, etc.... because if you don't like it you won'd do it....

Just ease into it, do less reps than the video asks, go for a short walk and make it longer every day, but just do it...
