Hi everyone. Looking to see if anyone has tried this DVD. It was the only one I could find for sale. Any reviews?
I have 50lbs to lose and I keep losing/gaining the same 2-5 lbs. I enjoy exercising, but after about a week or two I fall off the game plan!
I thought this dvd might be helpful. I used to dance (ballet/latin) when I was younger and in shape. It's normal to me and makes me happy, doesn't feel like exercise. So, maybe this will be a good program for me.
I had to rant a bit, no support in my home. Just trying to get healthy again!! I would love to graduate (in may) at my normal weight!!
