Kangoo Jumps
 

I happened to stumble across a new way to exercise thanks to my 8 yr old daughter! They had a demonstration at school and she came home to tell me all about it. I checked it out and wow! How could I have never heard of these before!

Has anyone else tried these to lose weight and been sucessful? I tried a class and I think I'm hooked! :carrot:

That is so cool. Wish i could try a pair somewhere. Do you have to be on a level surface to use them?

Those look cool! I don't know if I'd have enough balance to not fall over though. Looks like it would be an interesting workout, and easier on the joints. I wish I could try them out, just to see.
