I have been going to the gym of and on for 2 months now. I would put on headphones and listen to music, but I would not stay on the treadmill for more than 15 minutes. This past week I have been to the gym everyday, but now before I go I scroll the tv guide. I get on the treadmills with tvs and watch the shows I like. BIG difference! The time flies by. I average 30-35 minutes! Monday I was on for 67 minutes! (watching Catfish on MTV)
The ones with TV's are KEY for me! I swear an hour flies by when I'm watching a TV show I'm into. Maybe I should upload some to my ipad for when I can't get one of the TV ones!
