So I'm starting working out tomorrow (which is the 6th), and I suck at working out.. but I enjoy friendly and i mean FRIENDLY competition. So this is my plan, I want to find some people who are willing to join my friendly competition, heres what would happen once a week we would all talk to each other and we'd say how many push up's sit up's miles ran, time doing yoga, weight lifting etc. whatever work out you like best and every week we could try to outdo the others, here's the catch, even though you're trying to work out more then the others you would also be competition, aka you from the week before. It probably sounds silly but if anyone's up for it feel free to reply
