I so didn't want to exercise tonight, didn't want change my clothes or get sweaty or go in the cold basement and do my treadmill. But I did! And now it's done and I can add it to myfitnesspal and get credit for it! I always feel so much better after I do (vs. guilt if I don't...) but actually getting myself started is half the battle! Too bad I can't burn calories battling with myself to do it lol.
