There are a lot of Bowflex haters out there, but I LOVE mine! It works great!

I have one and I also have a set of their selecttech dumbells... And for my purposes they work fine... When I use them that is I had been letting them collect I little bit too much dust until recently... And as far as those "Bowflex" bodies that you see in those infomercials... Well, I don't see that happening for me with "just 30 minutes three times a week" but I'm OK with that...

Lifting weights has never really been my thing... So if I can do something at home that helps me to "tone up" a bit, I figure that's a good thing...

I really like that idea of getting it off of craigslist... I'm sure there are quite few people who buy them and probably hardly ever use it... and I guess you could get one that's practically brand new for a great buy...

Enjoy!

It looks like it was never even used! Guy said he bought it for his wife and she said it was too hard.

But I did some arm/shoulder resistance and some leg resistance and I love it. I'm not into weights, either, so I think this is great. And I can do situps with it!
