Super Short Cardio?
Like a year ago, there was a cardio trend of these short burst workouts (like 2-5 minutes) and it had a name (not HIIT or HICT). But you might do a lot of plyometrics or some jump squats. I certainly can't remember.
Anyway, I was looking for something to add in between lifting weights to get my heart/sweat going before moving on to the next exercise. There were a lot of video on YouTube and I thought someone here would remember!
