I'm new to this website & after losing my weight twice before I'm hoping third time is going to be a charm! This is the heaviest I've ever been
I've ordered some Zumba DVDs & I can't wait for them to be delivered, I did Zumba a few years ago & loved it!
Is anyone else doing Zumba? If so, have you found that it's made a real difference? Do you have any tips you can share?
