Yes I have the New York City Ballet Workout and it is good.... also a little hard...
My daughter has been dancing for 12 years and she did it with me one day and said 'boy mom that was a good challenging workout'.... so it is recommended by one dancer (and she doesnt just play one on tv!)
1) Lose 20 Pounds by the January 9th (1st Cruise of the year)
2) Lose 10 Pounds by February 19th (Convention in New Orleans)
3) Lose 20 Pounds by May 9th (2nd Cruise of the year)
4) Lose 50 Pounds by Dec 12th (3rd Cruise of the year)
