Default I need help

My grandmother has gout and cannot be on her feet for long. She is sedentary but wants to start some kind of exercise. Does anyone know of any videos that are designed for people with limited mobility that can be done from a seated position?

Pilates is all floor work, which would work well for her. You might also check out www.collagevideo.com

I know they have sections of videos for specific problems, and some workouts designed from a seated position.

Hope that helps!
