I know how you feel. My kickboxing instructer keeps say "Stop saying you can't." As I am thinking in my head "YOU want me to do THAT." Not only am I finding those specific thing easier to do everytime, I also find myself being able to do new things that I was almost certain I would not be able to do. !
Oh my gosh, I always would hate my gym teachers and instructors for being mad when I would say I can't. I couldn't understand why. It's natural, I seriously couldn't do any more. But now I realize it was just my mental barriers. I can do whatever I want to do. We are used to stopping before we get to our limit, way before it, we just wanna quit when we start getting uncomfortable and tired, instead of pushing to progress.
