I had an excersise breakthrough!
I take a high intensity aerobics class on Thursday night which involves alot of running and high/low excersises. I am always behind everyone or not doing as much as everyone. Yesterday I thought "I can do this. I am fit" and I could! I ran with everyone and didnt fall behind. I think in my head I am still 50 lbs heavier and out of shape. I just needed a brain adjustment!

I know how you feel. My kickboxing instructer keeps say "Stop saying you can't." As I am thinking in my head "YOU want me to do THAT." Not only am I finding those specific thing easier to do everytime, I also find myself being able to do new things that I was almost certain I would not be able to do.
We are not the same people we were. If I keep telling myself that, I will surprise myself in what I can accomplish everyday! |
