Question

I have been lifting weights and dieting for about 2 months now and have lost several inches and about 10 pounds. My question is is there a way to keep your breast from being saggy? This may be a silly question but I was wondering if there is anything you can do to help lift them up more.:dizzy:

Talk to a plastic surgeon?

To the best of my knowledge, all you can really do is build up the pecs to support the weight. That in itself does help the perkiness a bit. But if you're talking loss of skin elasticity, size, etc. I don't know of anything aside from a nip and tuck that will help.

If anyone else has any info, I'd love to hear it! :D

Hi

RavenToy s right! There is no muscle fibre in the breast itself, not that works to lift etc. The underlying pectorals will give a little lift but if you have (and excuse me for this) the empty bags of breast that some people experience after weight loss, then plastic surgery is the only effective option!

Sorry, Stef
