The eating plan seems a bit insane to me though – I think I will stick to lean protein and low-GI veggies/fruits and lots of water for the duration. I might try some of the recipes, but overly strict diets trigger bingeing for me
But I vowed to stick to the exercise plan, so that I will do 100%!
Yes, there is a lot of stuff on YouTube and she also has several other videos, but frankly the Metamorphosis set is the best of the bunch. Better instruction (though if you like constant cueing, you might not like her style), clear shots so you get the angles right... now I just need to stick with it
