I just started Hipcentric today.
The eating plan seems a bit insane to me though – I think I will stick to lean protein and low-GI veggies/fruits and lots of water for the duration. I might try some of the recipes, but overly strict diets trigger bingeing for me
But I vowed to stick to the exercise plan, so that I will do 100%!
Anyone else doing this? Or done it in the past?
