Hey, so I am not one to work out (isn't
lifting 355lbs off the couch for potty breaks good enough). I have hit a slow point and thought that I would drive right in! Yesterday I went for a 1.5 mile walk (40mins) and today I got up before work (my bed was calling) and did 16 mins of EA Active Sports (squats, crunches, running, modified pushups, warm up and cool down) I think I will alternate EA Active with Zumba, I seem to burn more calories as I make a fool of myself dancing!!!
