Today I completed the one mile Leslie Sansone dvd. It's a beginning for me! I haven't exercised at all for quite some time and this was it!
I looked online to find C25K walking programs and found a couple of different ones. I'm going to use one of them to stay motivated and to reach a goal of walking in a 5K this fall. I can't wait!
I'm trying to decide whether to start a blog or not.... I'm thinking it might make me more accountable...
