Ive just bought this dvd- waiting to start just need to buy some weights, from reading posts im guessing Ill start with 3lb weights, Ive never used weights before so does that sound right?

actually, you could use water bottles, big cans of soup to start. I like the weights as they are easiest to hold onto. It took me about three weeks to get through Level 1 - it is daunting at first and the results are worth it. Good luck!
