So. I'm 19, I have a one year old son...I've always been heavier. I think 170/160 was what I weighed in the day I found out I was pregnant. Got to 210 while pregnant.
Well, right now I'm arouuund 170... and I'm way flabbier. :I
My skin does this weird..puckering/wrinkling thing.
I assume that's because I lost a lot of weight kind of fast. (I was down to 180 after I had Dylan, then gained it all back + some)
It just seems like I'm looser in the belly-area. If that makes sense.
Will doing core workouts help?
Will anything ever help?!
