So, on days when I don't work 2 jobs (on those days I walk 5 miles in a total of 1.25 hours and stand for another 4), I go to the gym with my fiancÚ. He's doing the weight lifting thing and I'm doing cardio. Recently I've tackled interval training on the stair master for 20 minutes and finish up with 10 minutes of rowing.
I know eventually we both will have to ramp it up, but right now those 30 mins leave me very tired and my legs, arms and abs are stiff. I really give 'er in the time I'm at the gym. Plus we walk there and back - 15 mins one way.
Is this too little for now? Should I jump into an hour right away?
