Guess what?! I CAN DO IT!
So today marked week 7 day 1 of the couch to 5k - it was a 25 minute jog.... And I did it!! And guess what? I did it while carrying on a conversation! Oh and guess what else?! It was actually not that hard!!! Today is the first day that I actually feel like - scratch that - KNOW that I will run a 5k!!! I've had my doubts about the whole thing (even though the goal has been to run a 5k!) but today I know I can do it!!
I know this feeling and in actually enjoying running! I can't believe I actually just said that!!! Haha. I've been dreading these weeks in the program because of the long runs, but now I'm actually excited to work on my time and distance! So weird for me! Haha
Anyways, I just wanted to share that! Hope you all are doing well with your exercise goals!
