I started training for my first 5k about a month ago. In that time I changed my shoes because I was heel striking, witch help tremendously - no more shins pain
; I put aside the C25K program and now I go solo, went from jogging 8 minutes to 17 minutes in one week
!! But the biggest change I feel is when I started to workout with my son... I feel that I have a better posture when I'm pushing the stroller
??? Does it make sense? Before I felt awkward, and now I feel sooooo comfortable. I'm not complaining trust me, just wondering if any of you find they run/jog better pushing a stroller?? Have not try without it yet, funny but I'm afraid to...
