I have 2 of Minna's DVDs...the "Balanced Blend" (which contains 2 workouts; "Fat Eliminator" and "Strength & Grace") and her "Emergency" workout. I LOVE the "Balanced Blend" DVD and really enjoy both workouts. "Balanced Blend" is not heavy on choreography at all. The "Fat Eliminator" workout on "Balanced Blend" is 30 minutes of cardio/strength intervals with a 15 minute bonus toning segment that works your upper body, lower body & abs. The "Fat Eliminator" always gets me sweating quickly. And the other workout on "Balanced Blend," the "Strength & Grace" workout is a yoga & pilates based strength workout. I love "Strength & Grace" on days when I want to do something good for my body but don't want to get all sweaty. Her Emergency workout is just o.k. in my opinion (didn't get me sweating and had more choreography than the "Balanced Blend"). I think Minna is a great instructor, as she's not overly perky yet she's motivating and easy to follow. Hope that helps.
PS - after writing this email I think I might give "Emergency" another shot...maybe I was in a bad mood when I tried it last!
