Pedometer Check in Buddy?
Hello all.. I am seeking some pm buddies who is using a pedometer and check in steps done in the evenings. I had started on Sunday and my goal for May is to aim 8000 step= 4 miles. I am a stay at home caregiver and with my spare time, am walking/marching to reach my step efforts.
