so yesterday i was chopping wood.

  • i split a bunch of logs and it took *ages* bec i usually had to hit the thing 3-4 times before i could get a running split.

    today? ka-POW! ka-POW! ka-POW!

    i don't know what happened but i was in the zone and those things were flying apart at one hit!

    i love splitting wood!
  • I think that would be a good stress reliever, but I have no reason to split wood. Does chewing your fingernails count?
  • lol - we heat with wood here.

    it's a good workout bec the axe is 8lb (they didn't have any 10s in and i didn't want to wait for special order).

    chewing nails... i'm thinking that would use up a lot of calories in the digestive process?

    not to mention water weight lost through sweat during the elimination process!
