What do you think would be better? I'm a little confused.
Normally I wake up and run before class, and then I eat a protein & fruit breakfast. After my classes at about 12pm I hit the gym and do lots of cardio and weights. At night I do pilates before dinner (around 6pm) to calm myself down. Is this a good workout schedule? Or should I just do cardio in the morning and strength / pilates at night?

Sounds like you're doing A LOT of exercise! Seriously, way to go with all the movement. It sounds like no matter what the order of these workouts, you are getting a ton in every day and that's great.
I think if this schedule is working for you, then you should totally stick with it. If you start to feel too tired/sore/overwhelmed, cut back. It's really all about whatever works without burning you out too much. Be sure to be aware of yourself & your body and don't overdo it - that can be a big detriment to any exercise program.
