I have both, and use both... I do find that I'm more inclined to stay on my elliptical for longer.. it's less 'pay attention' for me.. and I can zone out and concentrate on watching TV or a movie, and then I don't realize I've been on it for 45 mins. The treadmill I have to pay attention to and time tends to drag on, lol...
