I started my weight loss journey being 5'7 weighing 185, about 7 months ago. I now weigh 170, looking to lose another 10-15 pounds, but have been stuck at this weight for about 3-4 weeks! I got this far with strictly the elliptical and some light weight lifting. Anyone have any exercises that helped them push past the plateau? anything helps!
I have a difficult time running, although thats some advice I have received.
