me doing a 170lb bench press as part of my monthly progress report. this was back in 2006 - i was WAY smaller and not quite as heavy as i am now.

this was a vid i rescued a long time ago from a munched laptop - it looks like i copied over the 175lb bench but i can't play it - says the file is corrupted *sob*.

i want this back - and i can get it. been there before, i can get there again.

That is absolutely FANTASTIC... VERY impressive for a 1RM
