Learning to run
My fitness has been improving, and Im interested in running. I tried to start the C25K, but something just doesnt feel right. I feel like every step in concentrated into my knees. I just feel awkward, like my stance and posture is all wrong. Am I still to heavy to jog? How do I figure out how to carry myself properly to make jogging less awkward and more comfortable?
Anyone else out there start running around my weight?
FYI, I've only been running on the treadmill so far if that makes a difference?
