Default Which at-home weight loss program should I try?

Hi there!

I've been cross fitting for almost a year and a half and my body weight stayed the same for the first 8 months. Suddenly, it jumped 10-12lbs over last summer. The weight came on super quickly that I thought it must've been fluid retention but over 6 months later every pound of it is still mine.

So, while I do love Xfit, I've decided I'm going to be stopping it - at least temporarily - until I get my body weight down to where I want it to be. I'm considering doing one of those at home workout programs and wondering which one would be the best fit for me considering I'm already in pretty good shape.

The three I am looking at are P90X, Jillian's Michaels Body Revolution (I lost most of my weight with her books/dvds before) or Insanity. I appreciate any insight anyone has!

Oh also, I'm training for a couple of half marathons and run 3-4x a week so I don't think a lack of cardio is the problem!

I did p90x and it was great, but the workouts are pretty long, so I guess it depends if you're okay with that. I am currently doing chaLean extreme and it's focused on weight training as well but workouts are shorter so i love it.

Thanks! I ordered Jillian's program because the diet seemed more thorough and the workouts are only 30 minutes so they'll fit in great with my half marathon training.

Hoping to try p90x at some point though!
