Hi, I was wondering if there are many out there lifting weights?
I got sick and tired of the whole focus being on food so I got a personal trainer, stayed off the scale and for the first time in years I'm seeing progress. I started out only being able to lift the bar but am up to bench pressing 60lbs. I have lost 3 inches off my butt. Once I had an exercise habit down I started watching what I am eating.
Is anyone out there interested in sharing stories, motivating each other? I could use a buddy or a few people to post with to keep me honest.
