Hey y'all me again!!
I really want to get into jogging. I was thinking I could 2 min intervals whilst on my daily walk. HoWEVER I broke my ankle in Nov 2010 and its still swollen. Its stiff and painful but it only needs to warm up and its fine. Do you thinks its a good idea. Although there is only a slight pain, will the swelling do damage?? Thanks for any answers
