I've had 2 people in the last few days tell me I should start. From what I've heard about it, I probably should. I've been sinking all my time into cardio, and I don't want to end up really loose and flabby. But my problem is I don't really have any tools at home, or the time and money for a gym membership.
I have one of those recumbant bikes and some free weights. Is there anything weight-training wise I can do with those free weights? I'm not sure where to begin, all I imagine is doing curls. I know I'm being ignorant, but I just don't understand it and I'd like to. If I need to purchase some simple stuff later on that's fine, but I don't want to spend a ton of money, and would like to have atleast one option of something i can do at home, now.
