Hi Ladies!!

I ordered JBR and I have it and I will begin on Tuesday.

I am going to Vegas April 13-16 and was going to wait until I got back and just do my own thing for the next 3 weeks but you ladies have convinced me I need to start now!

I look forward to motivating you all. I'm sure your weigh-ins will go well.

I have about 60 pounds to lose this year. I'm hoping this will help me get closer to maintaining.

I will be back to post after workout one on Tuesday.

Do you guys mind me asking how much weight you've lost on it and how well you've stuck to all of it - eating and exercise?

gymrat, I'm starting week 4 and lost 8lbs so far. Most during the first two weeks. I'm not following the meal plan outlined in the program. I've taken a bit of a rest for three days this week. I felt very tired, so took a break. Back in action tomorrow.

Ok so I weight in today and lost 4 pounds in 4 weeks. I feel a bit disappointed, but it's still a lost. I know I'm small and it's make it harder to lose weight. I alos feel stronger so that's another gain.

Alos did the first DVD of phase 2 this morning! Oufff I had a hard time finishing the last circuit. And I don't think anyone hates mountain crimbler more than I do grrr!

Well i'll keep on going and hope to shed more pounds in the next 4 weeks.

Just did my first wrkout from Phase 2. Wrkout 5 man my arms are killin me but I made it thru even though I thought my arms were guna collapse. That wrkout isn't a joke.

No kidding! At the end, I had a hard time lifting my own body weight! Last week end I went to buy heavier weight as I felt stronger.... lets just say that I looked at them this morning and told myself: Not now for sure! LOL

Just completed my first day of wrkout 6 I found it so much easier then wrkout 5. I really liked doin the sit ups with the weights cuz it helps pull u up. I still hate runnin man though lol. Cardio 2 2mrw.

It's cardio phase 2 tonight. Anyone did it yet? Is it much harder than phase 1? I'm a bit scared lol

I did Cardio 2 for the 1st time this wk. OMG that kicked my butt. They butt kicks jumpin jacks high knees jump rope criss cross jacks.Other things I can't think of. They were 30 secs each but it had me pouring. I never realized how much I dislike burpees. Have fun with Cardio 2 its killer.

Really enjoyed cardio 2 as well, I prefer 30 sec. sets. But don't mistake me, it was really hard! I kept on thinking: what will workout 3 bring??

JMFAN...burpees and mountain climbers are my two worst exercise... and they are both on this phase!! plus the running man... ouff

I still manage to enjoy the workout! Keep up everyone!

Did wrkout 5 today. Man my triceps are killin me they are guna be insanely sore 2mrw. I'm lookin forward to wrkout 6 2mrw apart from havin 2 do the running man.

Hi Gyus, I an finishing week 2 and I feel really great. Just reviewed workout 3 for next week and it is crazydifficullt....planks, planks and more planks....but I am staying strong and remember WHY I am doing this....Running men from Cardio 1 was difficult in the beginning but I got used to it......Week 3 here I come
