Me and my partner have been looking for a class that we can do together along the lines of martial arts or kick boxing.
We have found a gym literally around the corner from us and were looking to do muai thai and cross fit.
I really want to get in to something like this , Training wise but feel very daunted and nervous about going its really silly.
Need to get over it .I think its because im over weight and know im gona feel like the odd one out at first
Does anyone do any of these? and can you give advice on what to expect ?
Need to get my confidence back
