Walking myself Healthy
I started walking the day after Christmas. The first week I really thought I was going to die. Starting January 1, 2012 I started walking a mile a day. I walked at least a mile a day every day for the month of January. I also added a stationary bike to my life this past week and have been riding 4 miles faithfully everyday.
Today is March 4th and I am sad to say that yesterday I broke my streak for I was unable to walk or use my bicycle. I am very sad about this and feel like a failure, but I am going to dust myself off and get back at it today. You do not drown by falling in the water you drown by staying there!
