Default Arc Trainer!!

I have been using the Arc Trainer at my gym for an hour daily, and my HRM says I burn around 700 calories each time. Is anyone else using this machine in their weight loss journey? I'd like to hear if so. Also, I'm NEVER sore after I use this machine. I was on it for an hour and a half on Saturday, burned over 1000 calories, and there was not a sore muscle in my body the next day. This seems odd.... is that how it is for other Arc Trainer users?

I use it every day, but only for about 40 minutes. I don't feel sore but I do feel my muscles in a tightness kind of a way. I should tell you that I put it on a resistance of 100 (the maximum) and an incline of 10 (also maximum). What resistance are you using? Are you sweating? Do you feel your heart pumping? You don't need to be sore to burn calories.
