I'm a busy person. I work full time, go to school, teach yoga, and am married. I don't have time to workout after work. A few months ago I started to wake up at 5am for my workouts. At first, it was hard. I wanted to cry when my alarm clock went off. However, soon the benefits started to really pay off, and I was feeling GREAT after my workouts. My whole day would go in a completely new direction. I was full of energy, thought more clearly, and didn't have any distractions to keep me from working out. Now I love it. In fact, on the weekend I end up waking just as early because I'm so used to it. I can just feel my metabolism working faster throughout the day.
Anybody else as crazy as me?
