Exclamation I Need a Buddy.
Does anyone have a new workout video and want to lose some weight? I want a buddy to talk to on here on a regular basis with similar issues as what I am having. I am well over 200 lbs and I need it gone.

Have you ever tried any workout videos? I got the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and I am going to try it. I am so very scared!
