So, here's my dilemma ... I've worked out & done strength training in the past, but just inconsistently & very random exercises. I would like a M,W,F upper body routine and a T, R lower body, but I don't know where to start. I'd like to use mostly free weights, balls, etc. Rather than machines all the time. Does anyone know of a website that showdown pictures alobg with a schedule? I know I could make my own, but don't have a comouter or printer right now. I'd be willing to spend some time ay the library making one, but I'd like some advice or guidelines if anyone has some?
