+1 on Jillian Michaels. I did a full round (90 days) of P90X which is very difficult and switched to Jillian Michael's "Ripped in 30" thinking it'd be a break from working out hard. Um, no. Jillian Michael's totally kicks your butt. But in a good way. I love the 3/2/1 thing she does with 3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs, repeat. By the time the workout is done, I know I've hit it all. Love that.
