Ever done a Deep Water Workout class?
 

Has anyone heard anything about the benefits of a deep water workout class? Tomorrow I start a Deep Water Bootcamp. Its for one hour a week for 12 weeks. I'm doing this as well as a one hour boxing class that is also once a week for 12 weeks. However, I can't find anything online about real people talking about their experiences in any type of water work out class.
